Shawanaga First Nation Kinomaugewgamik Elementary School is a partnership of students, teachers, parents, support staff, and the community. We are committed to the education of our children for lifelong learning and global citizenship. The development of a strong education, as well as the understanding and benefits of their Native Culture are foremost in our mission.
Education is Important to All of Us: Shawanaga First Nation students continue their elementary studies at Nobel Public School, then to Parry Sound High School, and are further encouraged to study post-secondary education in college and/or university. Education is the key to your success!

POST-SECONDARY STUDENTS
Applications for annual post-secondary education funding are available from the Education Department and are due by: May 1st, of each year. Applications may also be printed from this website link. When applications are completed, please return them to the Administration Office, Shawanaga Education Department, accordingly.
